Federico Gatta
Salary Partner at ICT Legal Consulting, Federico Gatta provides legal advice on data protection, IT contracts and debt recovery matters. He works in the management and development of multijurisdictional data protection compliance projects for clients including multinational companies, ICT service providers and non-profit organizations operating in multiple sectors. He also provides support in drafting and revising IT and privacy contracts and in extrajudicial negotiations and judicial proceedings. He is a certified Auditor for the Europrivacy Certification Scheme.
After obtaining a degree in Law, he collaborated with the University of Bologna and attended the “E. Redenti” Specialization School in Law while qualifying as a lawyer. In 2016, Federico Gatta was admitted to the Bologna Bar Association and has since gained significant experience in the fields of banking, corporate and financial leasing law. In 2017, he completed the “Privacy Officer and Privacy Advisor” Master, improving his competences in both new technologies and data protection law. Federico Gatta joined ICT Legal Consulting on 2017.
