Francesca Fontana
Francesca joined ICT Legal Consulting in 2011 and she is now a Partner of the firm. She’s also fellow of the European Privacy Association (EPA). IRCA Certified Lead Auditor BS ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and also a “Privacy Officer and Privacy Consultant” with TÜV certificate no. CDP_230.
Mrs. Fontana provides legal advice to multinational companies and start-ups concerning strategic personal data management, with a focus on e-contracts, e-commerce, e-marketing, advertising, cloud computing, Web 2.0, service providers’ liability, Internet content providers’ liability, e-signatures, e-health.
Mrs. Fontana holds training courses on data protection legislation and participates on speaking engagements at conferences on privacy matters. She is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish and French.
